AZB weaves Morarjee Textiles' rights issue

The Ashok Piramal Group company, one of India's oldest textile mills is planning to raise about Rs. 27.25 Crore ($ 5.7 Million). The company claims to supply fabric to Polo - Ralph Lauren, Paul Smith and also to domestic brands such as Zodiac, Allen Solly and Louis Philippe.
The Mumbai offices of AZB advised Morarjee Textiles' rights issue.
