The Ashok Piramal Group company, one of India’s oldest textile mills is planning to raise about Rs. 27.25 Crore ($ 5.7 Million)..The company claims to supply fabric to Polo – Ralph Lauren, Paul Smith and also to domestic brands such as Zodiac, Allen Solly and Louis Philippe..The Mumbai offices of AZB & Partners advised Morarjee Textiles’ rights issue.
