Rajani scripts Greycells rights issue

The Uday Sinh Wala promoted Greycells Entertainment Limited is planning to raise about 11.37 crores($ 2.6 Million) through a rights issue.. The Mumbai based Greycells provides short term and full time courses in media and communication programs in India and the Middle East.
Mumbai based Rajani Associates' Partner, Sangeeta Lakhi confirmed that the team was led by Partner, Sanjay Israni.
