AMSS charts rights issue road map for Swaraj Mazda

The Japan based Mazda Motor Corporation and Punjab Tractors Limited of India owned Swaraj Mazda Limited intends to raise about Rs. 80 crore ($17 Million). The company filed its draft offer document before the Securities and Exchange Board of India on September 24.
The Delhi offices of Amarchand Mangaldas are advising the issue.
