This is quite a bad start to the much awaited Court Complex which got pushed from three deadlines, starting from December 2009 to February 2010 and finally stretching it to June-July 2010.
According to sources, several complaints were made to Public Works Department (PWD) officials about the poor drainage system in the area. However, nothing changed till the Judges fell ill, reportedly due to dengue fever.
Speaking with lawyers who visited the Saket Courts Complex today, Advocate Gaurav said, “There is stagnant water at some places.”
