Kochhar boosts its Mumbai practice with Henal Vakharia

Kochhar & Co. has recently hired Henal Vakharia  as a Partner in its Mumbai office to further strengthen its presence in Mumbai. Henal is an independent lawyer and has an experience of more than seventeen years in litigation, arbitration, commercial contract drafting and Intellectual Property Rights.

Henal has advised and represented a wide range of clients, on issues pertaining to and involving IPR, Media and Entertainment, Real Estate & Infrastructure as well as banking and finance.

Prior to setting up an independent practice, Henal was a partner with Mumbai based firm M/s M. Dhruva & Co. Henal is a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai and has done her Solicitors (QLTT) from England.

According to the press release, Henal’s vast experience in the fields of drafting and negotiating contracts for the ever-growing music and entertainment industry will add on a new fillip to the Kochhar Mumbai office.
