The father and son duo, Shanti Bhushan (pictured left) and Prashant Bhushan (pictured right) have been at the receiving end of flak. Recently they had been targeted for nepotism, both being part of the civil society five members committee for the drafting of a stronger Lokpal Bill. Now, former law minister Shanti Bhushan is being attacked with a fabricated CD, with his alleged talks with Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav. Shanti Bhushan along with his son Prashant Bhushan may file a contempt petition in the Supreme Court on the alleged CD.
The NDTV reports that Prashant Bhushan has claimed that the CD controversy is a conspiracy to discredit the civil society members of the Lokpal Bill Drafting Committee, and the doctoring of the CD has the backing of some powerful people.
Bhushan sent the CD to two private labs, which say that it is doctored. Citing experts George Papcun and S.R. Singh, Bhushan said that the CD is a cut and paste job and there are six places where the ‘it’ has been edited. Bhushan added, that parts of the Amar Singh - Mulayam Singh Yadav conversation are from the Amar Singh tapes, recorded before February 2006, and which were submitted by Bhushan himself, to the Supreme Court for an inquiry.
History: A mysterious CD was delivered on April 15 at media offices, which supposedly has a recorded conversation of Shanti Bhushan with Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav. The alleged conversation has Shanti Bhushan telling Mulayam Singh Yadav that his son Prashant Bhushan (a member of the Committee) could help him in a particular matter and could fix the judge for Rs. 4 crore. Amar Singh is the alleged mediator.
Bhushan and Mulayam have both stood their ground and stated that the CD has been fabricated. Shanti Bhushan also registered a FIR with the Delhi Police under Section 469 of the Indian Penal Code on charges of forgery for purpose of harming reputation.
The Lokpal Bill Drafting Committee had its first meeting on April 16 which went smoothly with the Committee expressing hope that the new law will be brought in monsoon session of the Parliament. The next meeting is slated for May 2, 2011.

Anna Hazare's fast was sponsored by C.I.A.-RAW, was meant to keep India 'Gandhian' -- because of recent disclosure of M. K. Gandhi, a lifelong British agent, being homosexual and writing to the white man 'How completely you have taken possession of my body. It is slavery with a vengeance' -- and to divert attention from what is said by the greatest living Indian, keep India a beggar and slave, keep India from building thousands of nuclear-armed missiles to destroy the United States to end its slavery and maintain white rule over India. I am India's expert in strategic defence, the father of India's strategic program including the Integrated Guided Missile Development Program and the world's greatest scientist; see my blog titled 'Nuclear Supremacy for India Over U.S.' which can be found by a Yahoo/Google search with the title. Within this blog, look for 'How India's Economy Can Grow 30% Per Year Or More' and 'What You Should Know About RAW'. It also shows how the criminals of the Supreme Court, Parliament and Executive have shown their indifference to India’s sovereignty. India’s sovereignty rests only in me. I am India’s sovereign. And how I am enforcing it.Satish Chandra". Satish Chandra, Toronto
