Bar & Bench News Network

Dec 20, 2010

Fatehpal Singh, an advocate, an activist for the students in the All India Bar Exam passed away on Saturday, due to a tragic road accident.

Fatehpal - his name ‘Fateh’ means, ‘victory’. Victorious in the manner he fought, and stood present alone for each hearing in the Courts for the law students in India, challenging the Bar exam. He graduated with a degree in law from Nalsar, Hyderabad in 2010 and was someone with straight and righteous views all through.

Fateh leaves behind his courageous footprints and will linger on in everyone’s memories.

May there be one Fateh, for each cause.
