Dev Ashish Mishra (pictured) has joined FoxMandal to strengthen its corporate M & A practice in Noida. Dev is the second lateral hire for FoxMandal this year after Rajesh Sehgal. Prior to FoxMandal, Dev was a Team Leader at Kochhar & Co.

Speaking with Bar & Bench, Partner Dev Ashish Mishra said, “FoxMandal is a great place to work and this is one of the oldest and largest firms with substantial international presence as well. I will be handling general corporate and M & A work for FoxMandal in the capacity of a partner”.

Dev Ashish graduated from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 1998 and joined the Bar in 1999. Dev is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales. His previous experience includes working with Tikku & Tikku Advocates and working with Senior Advocate Valmiki Mehta, who is presently a Sitting - Judge in the Delhi High Court. Dev has also worked with R.S. Prabhu & Co. where he handled matters with Reliance Industries, Reliance Infocom, ONGC and Hindustan Coca-Cola Limited .

Dev’s joining FoxMandal, brings the total tally of partners to 16 in Noida, and overall 51 in the firms - locations across India and London.
