Bottoms down for Kerala’s bar owners: Supreme Court upholds liquor policy [Read Judgment]

The Supreme Court today upheld the Kerala government’s policy to close down all the Bars in the State except those attached to 5 star hotels. A Division Bench of Vikramajit Sen and Shiva Kirti Singh JJ. pronounced its judgment in court room 2 a short while ago.
