BCI Chairman says plan to introduce reservation in law schools  dropped Pushes for common entrance test

A day after reports surfaced that the Bar Council of India (BCI) had asked law colleges to reserve “at least” two seats for BCI nominees, BCI Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra clarified that the said directions will not be enforced. In fact, the BCI has sent out a clarificatory e-mail requesting all recipients to “ignore the circular for time being”.
