Argus, CAM on Adani Ports’ acquisition of TM Harbour from Tata Steel for 106 crore

Tata Steel Limited’s subsidiary TM International Logistics Limited (TMILL) has divested its entire stake in TM Harbour Services Private Limited (TM Harbour) to Adani Ports for a consideration of Rs. 106.27 crore.
