Advaita, Sterling act on Kabra’s JV with Italy’s Penta SRL

Kabra Extrusiontechnik, a part of Kolsite group, has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Italy-based Penta SRL, a Piovan Group company that is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of auto feeding systems.
